The 2011 season has come to an end!!! Have you gotten everything settled and ready for 2012?? Below is a check list to be sure you are READY for winter!!
1. $250 site deposit paid to the corporate office. The deadline was October 15, 2011. Secure your site! If you are not planning on coming back next year, you must complete a "Cancellation Form" and turn all your photo ids into the corporate office.
2. $175 winter storage payment due to the corporate office by October 31, 2011. If you pay later, the charge increases to $190. Please remember that you must COMPLETELY clean your site if you will not be paying for winter storage. Decks and storage sheds are the only things allowed on your site for no charge. If you are pulling your camper off of the property for winter, you MUST complete an "Off Season Camper Removal Form" at the corporate office.
3. Is your electric account up to date?? Don't get hit with late fees! Contact the corporate office to be sure your account is up to date.
5. Winterizing you camper is an important step before closing up for the season.
6. Make sure that we have your current contact information at the corporate office. Stay up to date with news, events, and updates for the 2012 season by joining our e-mail list! Sign up at the corporate office.

MARK YOUR CALANDERS!! The annual Season Camper Christmas Party is scheduled for December 4, 2011 from noon-4. We will provide the ham, but please bring a side dish to share. Look below for more information! Hope to see you there!
