Frequently Asked Deluxe/Deluxe PT/Rental Unit Package Questions

Q:  When do Deluxe tickets go on sale?

A:  Ticket packages go on sale October 1 at 10am.  You can purchase Deluxe Camping Packages online at or feel free to call us at 330-854-6691.  Primitive Camping and Commuter Packages are available at or feel free to contact the box office at 330-930-0398. 

Q:  Who has access to the Deluxe part of the campground?

A:  Only DELUXE campers have access to the Deluxe part of the Resort.  Primitive campers and commuters will NOT have access to any area within the Deluxe part of the campground.

Q:  I want to come camping during the Country Fest, but I have no intentions of attending the concerts.  Can I simply purchase a campsite?

A:  Due to high demand during The Country Fest, we do not sell camping separate of concert tickets.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  Please let us know if you would like to make a camping reservation for another time.

Q:  I want to purchase a Pull Thru site or rental unit but don't see online that they are available?? How can I purchase one of these packages?

A:  Due to limited inventory, Pull Thru sites, Electric Only sites, and Rental Units are available via phone order only.  Please call us directly at 330-854-6691 to check availability.

Q:  When will I receive my tickets in the mail?

A:  For Deluxe Camping Packages, we do not mail your wristbands to you.  You will receive your wristbands upon your arrival to the park with the PURCHASER'S PHOTO ID.  Please be sure to enter at the 93 gate for the event which is the gate located closest to interstate 21 on Hwy. 93.

Q:  If you won't mail my tickets, why am I being charged a Shipping Fee?

A:  The shipping fee is actually a processing fee that is added to all orders.  The processing fee is a flat 4% of your grand total.  Additionally, for the 2017Country Fest, there is an additional $6.50 fee added per ticket.  This is similar to the fees you pay when purchasing tickets through TicketMaster or any other music ticketing service.

Q:  I am going to purchase online, but I want a very specific campsite.  How do I go about getting this site?

A:  When you purchase online, there is a comment box to make your specific site requests.  We honor these requests on an earliest-request-made, first-request-honored basis.  However, we can NEVER GUARANTEE a specific site.  If you purchase over the phone, please be sure to let the employee helping you know your specific site requests.  We will make every effort to meet your request, but we can make no guarantees.

Q:  I am confused.  Are your prices per site or per person?

A:  All of our packages are PER PERSON, not per site.  You MUST book for a minimum of 2 people in order to reserve a campsite.  Pricing includes the three-night stay on the type of site, access to all campground amenities, as well as concert admission.  This is why the prices are per person.

Q: Am I allowed to bring a cooler into the festival?

A:  No, you are not allowed to bring coolers into the festival.  Once inside the gate there will be food, beer and other beverages available.

Q:  What's the deal with golf carts this year?

A:  Golf Carts will not be permitted in the concert venue, primitive camping, or waterpark area.  PRIMITIVE CAMPERS ARE RESTRICTED FROM BRINGING GOLF CARTS.  If you are a Deluxe camper, you are welcome to bring your golf cart but it can ONLY be used in the resort part of the campground.  Golf Carts will not be permitted past the spillway bridge or the pines crossover gate.  Seasonal campers and Deluxe Campers can park their golf carts at the 93 gate for convenience.

Q:  Do you reserve golf carts at Clay's Park?

A:  We do!  We have limited inventory, so please give us a call to reserve your golf cart today for The Country Fest!

Q:  I want to arrive earlier than Thursday.  Can I do that?

A:  Absolutely!!  Our online shopping cart allows the option for you to add on camping as early as the Monday prior to the event.  Not sure if you want to come early yet?? No worries!  You can always call and add on early camping later.  Or, if you are the last minute type, you can even add it on at your time of arrival.  Just remember gate prices are always higher than pre-sale prices. 

Q:  I already purchased my package and I need to add on another person/add on early camping.  How do I go about doing this?

A:  Simply give us a call at the corporate office and we will walk you through adding on additional guests or early camping to your order.  330-854-6691.

Q:  When are the prices going to increase?

A:  Pricing increases based on demand.  We always recommend purchasing early to lock in the lowest price.  Please remember, add on guests are subject to the current package pricing.

Q:  What if I have to cancel?  Will you refund me?

A:  There are no refunds or exchanges for any Country Fest purchase.

Q:  I purchased a primitive camping package, and now I want to stay on a Deluxe Water and Electric site instead.  Can I upgrade?

A:  Unfortunately, we do not offer any package upgrades for this event.  Please be sure you are purchasing the CORRECT package when placing your order.

Q:  I want to camp with my friend Sandy Smith who is also purchasing a Deluxe Campsite.  Do we have to arrive at the same time?

A:  Deluxe campsite assignments are made about 7 days prior to the event based on camping units and requests.  You do not have to arrive together in order to camp together.  Be sure to make any site or location requests at the time of booking.  You can do this via our online shopping cart, or we will happily take your request for you.  However, we can never guarantee a specific site or placement.

Q:  I want to bring my kids.  Is there a cost for that?

A:  For this event, children age 5 and under are free.  Age 6 and up are full price.
