Important Update From The Country Fest Team!
Dates For The Event Have Moved To August 6th, 7th, and 8th
In guidance with local, state and national health authorities, we are proactively postponing The Country Fest 2020 due to COVID-19 concerns. It is with a heavy heart that we will have to postpone the originally scheduled dates of June 18th-20th but we are excited to be able to move the festival to August 6th-8th, 2020 at Clay’s Park Resort in North Lawrence, Ohio. We understand you have been looking forward to this event for awhile (as have we) and have already made plans with family and friends to attend the festival this summer. This is an unprecedented situation and we take the health and safety of our fans, artists and community very seriously! We have spent countless hours over the past few days making sure the show will go on later this summer.
We are pleased to announce that we were able to retain two of our three headliners: BRETT ELDREDGE & DIERKS BENTLEY. Unfortunately, after ALL possible dates were explored by us and Clay’s Park, Luke Combs is unavailable BUT we have confirmed ERIC CHURCH as our third headliner! Please note, we have extended Luke’s offer to 2021 and are awaiting his confirmation. Other artists that have been confirmed for Aug 6th-8th include Jon Pardi, Jimmie Allen, The Cadillac Three, Michael Ray, RaeLynn, Jameson Rodgers, Teddy Robb, Niko Moon and Ashland Craft. We are still working to confirm the rest of the lineup and will get you that information as soon as we can.
Being one of the few privately owned music festivals in the country, the overwhelming support of Cfest Nation is the only reason we are able to do what we do. We thank all of you who continue to support us year after year. Without you, this wouldn’t be possible. We LOVE you guys.
As you may have noticed, the new dates back directly up to our other sister-festival, Neon Nights with Lynyrd Skynyrd and Toby Keith, slated for July 31st and Aug 1st. Neon Nights is still on as scheduled and planning is still in full motion. We are absolutely heartbroken that our act, Joe Diffie passed away last week and we will address his time slot when it’s appropriate.
We think that by having these festivals back to back, we can create really neat opportunities as far as allowing campers to claim their sites for Neon Nights and remain set up for TCF the following weekend. We are working through all those details now and will communicate them in the next few weeks as we implement these programs.
Moving forward: stay healthy & stay safe! We will continue to plan the biggest party of the summer. We ask that you adhere to social distancing guidelines and take your health and wellness seriously.
Current ticket holders- ALL TICKETS ARE VALID FOR THE NEW DATE. This includes Single Day, Commuter, Festival and Deluxe Camping. If you keep your current ticket, we will send you a coupon code to attend Neon Nights at a discounted rate as a thank you and to show our sincere appreciation for your patronage. You won’t have any work to do besides rescheduling your personal vacations and plans. We are going to allow Friday Only and
Saturday Only Tickets (Day Pass and Pit Pass) holders choose which day they would like to use their admission since the price is the same.
If you are unable to attend AUG 6th-8th you can choose to:
1. Roll over your tickets to TCF 2021 (tentatively June 17-19th). If you can’t make the new August 2020 dates, please consider this option! It will help keep the festival going for years to come.
2. You can request a refund (minus the fees).
Please be patient with us as we wanted to give you the new dates as soon as possible so you could begin to plan accordingly. As you know, Ohio is still under a #StayAtHome order, so we will need more time to get the proper ticket procedures in order.If you need to make changes to your order we will contact you as soon as we get back to the box office. We want to make sure the process is as simple as possible for you while keeping our employees safe! We will be in touch with more information as we receive it. Stay safe out there Cfest Nation. We can’t wait to see you in July and August! We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as this is uncharted territory for everyone.
A BIG THANK YOU to all our agencies and friends at WME, Jayson Promotions, CAA, and UTA; as they worked diligently to help us secure the show. We also want to thank all of our sponsors for hanging in and supporting the event as well as the acts who quickly confirmed our new dates. We and our fans appreciate your efforts. The biggest THANK YOU to the Clay Family and Clay’s Park employees for letting us host the event in August during their prime camping season. We are also extremely thankful to Eric Church for stepping in and helping us (the little guy). You sir, are a good man. And to all the artists who couldn’t make our new dates, we look forward to having you again.
Lastly, we are launching a TCF Cares Program and are pledging $25,000 in complementary tickets to our festivals this summer. We are going to allow you, the fans, to nominate friends and neighbors who are essential employees, doctors, nurses, and anyone else who has done some good during this time of need. We will spotlight them on our social media page and give them tickets to thank them for their kindness and meaningful contributions in this crazy time of our lives.
We are hopeful and we will gather again.

Deluxe Camping & Rental Units:
Deluxe camping for The Country Fest is sold by Clay’s Park. These camping packages include multiple options for deluxe accommodations ranging from electric only to full hook-up sites. Various rental units are also available. All Resort Campers (Deluxe tickets) have access not only to the Adventure Water Park but also to John O’s Restaurant, Country Store, fishing lake and all activities in the camping resort.
